FAQ

Every account gets 100 free orders per month. When a customer places a paid order on your Shopify or WooCommerce store and a key is delivered, that counts as one order. If you stay within 100 orders in a calendar month, you pay nothing at all.
An order is counted each time a paid order from Shopify or WooCommerce triggers an automatic key delivery. Test orders and unpaid orders do not count toward your usage.
After your first 100 orders in a month, each additional order costs $0.01. There is no monthly subscription — you only pay for what you use beyond the free allowance. Usage resets at the beginning of each month.
No, the 100 free orders reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused orders do not roll over.
litekeysend currently supports Shopify and WooCommerce (WordPress). When a paid order is received via webhook, the system automatically selects an unused key from your pool and delivers it to the customer.
Keys are delivered automatically when a paid order is detected. The delivery method depends on your platform: for Shopify, the key appears in the order confirmation page and email; for WooCommerce, it is included in the order email.
Yes. Create a key pool, then paste your keys (one per line) into the import form. There is no limit on the number of keys or pools you can manage.
No. There are no contracts, no monthly fees, and no minimum spend. You can stop using litekeysend at any time without any obligation.
If no keys are available when an order comes in, the order is marked as failed and you will be able to see it in your dashboard. You can then restock your pool and manually retry delivery.
